Robert J. Ceremsak Jr.

Bob Ceremsak joined Farallon Capital Management, LLC in 2010 where he was a managing member, responsible for Investor Relations. He earned a BA in Economics in 1978 and an MBA in 1985 from Stanford University. Bob began his career with Price Waterhouse, leaving as a senior auditor to be manager of Pension Investments at Penn Central Corp. In 1985 he joined Goldman Sachs, ultimately managing their West Coast prime brokerage business.

Colette Cozean

Dr. Colette Cozean has served as CEO of public and private medical device and drug companies for approximately 35 years, inventing more than 100 patents and publishing numerous research papers. As founder of The EyeDeas Company, she does private business and regulatory consulting. Currently, she serves as president of the East Africa Partnership, which is involved in solving the orphan crisis in East Africa, granting scholarships and providing local quality healthcare. She holds a PhD in biomedical engineering and an MS in electrical Engineering from Ohio State University, a JD from Concord Law School, a BS in biomedical engineering from the University of Southern California, and a BA in physical sciences from Westmont College. She attends Trinity Presbyterian Church and serves as a board member for several businesses, nonprofits, and foundations.

Katherine Herrick Drake

Kathy Drake received a BA in German Studies and International Relations from Pomona College. After completing an MBA in Finance at UCLA, Kathy joined Dodge & Cox Investment Managers in 1981, where she worked as an investment analyst and portfolio manager, ultimately serving on the firm's Investment Policy Committee and as trustee of the Dodge & Cox Funds. Since her retirement from the firm in 2010, she spends her time volunteering at a number of nonprofit organizations, primarily focusing on microfinance and economic empowerment.

David Emmanuel Goatley

David Emmanuel Goatley was inaugurated as the sixth president of Fuller Seminary in January 2023. Prior to his appointment, he served as associate dean for academic and vocational formation, Ruth W. and A. Morris Williams Jr. Research Professor of Theology and Christian Ministry, and director of the Office of Black Church Studies at Duke Divinity School. For nearly four decades he has served in leadership roles in organizations dedicated to justice advocacy, Christian mission, and global ecumenism. He earned his BS in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Louisville and holds two degrees from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary: an MDiv with an emphasis in pastoral care and counseling, and a PhD in Theology.

Danny Kuo

Danny Kuo has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in acquisitions, asset management, leasing and portfolio management with a career track record that includes closing more than $32 billion of investment transactions in major U.S. markets and leading asset management of 18.6 million square feet ($7.5 billion) portfolio of commercial properties in Northern California. Danny recently held the position of Senior Vice President of Investment at Belay Investment Group in Los Angeles, and prior to that held the position of Senior Vice President of Investments & Portfolio Management at EQ Office (Blackstone subsidiary company) from 2010 through 2018. Danny earned his Master of Real Estate Development in 2008 from the University of Southern California and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1997.

Russ Michealsen

Russ Michealsen has worked for a family construction and real estate company since 1971. He has a degree in architectural engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He and his wife, June, have two children and five grandchildren.

Jim Rea

Jim Rea is a managing director and senior portfolio manager with Bank of America Private Bank. Jim has more than 35 years' experience serving high net worth individuals, families, trusts, corporations, family offices, endowments, and foundations, providing comprehensive investment management and financial planning for traditional and alternative investments. Jim received his BS from the University of Southern California and was formerly registered with the SEC as an investment advisor and with the NASD as a principal broker dealer, underwriter, and distributor. He has served as chair of several boards affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (USA).

Jody Vanderwel

Jody Vanderwel is one of the managing partners of the Michigan Capital Network Venture Funds. She worked for several years in private law practice before joining Herman Miller as Corporate Counsel and then Vice President for Corporate Giving. Jody is currently a member of the Baker Publishing Group Board, the Fuller Theological Seminary Board, and the Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services Board, as well as a member of the advisory boards of the Michigan Accelerator Fund I, Northern Trust for West Michigan, and Plymouth Growth Partners Fund III. She holds a B.A. degree from the University of Colorado and J.D. degree from Washington University in St. Louis.

Daniel L. Villanueva

Danny Villanueva is a partner in the private equity firm of Rustic Canyon/Fontis Partners, LP. He led the launch of Major League Soccer in Southern California as president of the Los Angeles Galaxy. He is also known for his role as cofounder of Moya, Villanueva & Associates Inc., a national marketing and public relations firm. Danny cofounded Radio America Inc., a company involved in nationally syndicated programming and radio station ownership, and has managed Spanish-language television stations KTVW-TV of Phoenix and KMEX-TV of Los Angeles, both Univision affiliates. He received a BS degree from Stanford University.
